need some feedback on what has worked for other people for there 12 weeks out contest prep cycles.....i am 6'1 247lbs. 28yrs old..... probably around 12-13% bodyfat will be starting my contest prep cycle in a few months....this will be my 3rd show to compete in and ihave an idea on what i was going to run and so on so forth,,,,,but was curious to what some other people have done in tha past....
