Considering 1st cycle

I normally get going really good at about 9.

At middle of week 6 taking slightly higher then 500mg of test a week, I would say 4lbs is pathetic. Being first cycle he should be going like a beast. Not.... I don't know if I feel it, only slight increase in weights i'm throwing around. All IMO of course.
 
I dont have time to read this long thread but 4lbs in almost 7 weeks at 4400 calories a day?
What is your cycle and stats, what are you taking....cuz this is pathetic my man....as I did so something about 500mg of test/week.

i'm doing test e 500mg per week (250mg x2)
arimidex 0.5mg eod/ e3d
stat: 5'11" @177lbs, bf 13.5%
at end of week 5, 181lbs...
i keep my diet relatively clean..and was at 4400 calories starting from week3. (slowly increasing it during week1-2)
before cycle, i can put on 8lbs in 2 months on 3600 calories. (of which 50% is fats gain due to high carbs)
this is why i'm getting worried...given i ate a lot and train 5 days a week..

yes i know 4lbs is pathetic ..which is why i'm getting a little worried and start asking now what could be the issue...
i dont want to ask too early and seem impatient given it takes normally 3-6 weeks for test e to kick in.....unless i'm one of those whose really slow in responsing....

Shouldn't be going wait tell week 7, its week 9 for me...etc. You start getting gains 2-3 weeks in, and like Dylan said week 5 BAM..I'd be double checking your source. The rest is nonsense. JMO man.
 
I'm on week 7 of test 500mg a week with dbol and I have gained 28 pounds. So 4 lbs sounds wrong. I know I have the dbol but still. And also you should be getting massive erections at night. I do every night it even wakes me up. I know its the test doing its thing. So check your source sounds bunk
 
it did occur to me whether my source could be bunk...but someone in the gym bought var from the same source and it works very well...lean out and strength increased...
plus given I'm on 4400 calories, if it's bunk, shouldnt i be very fat now given i have taken in way too much calories...i can gain weight on 3600 calories before..so i'm getting confused as well...either way, not gaining much weight seems wrong....
i'm not throwing weights like a beast in the gym but there's some slight strength increase (not like what I read in other threads), good pumps, a little acne here and there...so i dont know what's wrong...
 
maybe you are not gaining much weight because your body comp is changing.. do u see any differences when you look in the mirror?
there could be a lot of things going on.. just be patient with it.

oh...body comp is changing?
not that much diff i guess and waist is still around the same...not losing much there.....
yes...guess have to wait out the remaining weeks...
