Considering 1st cycle

Shouldn't be going wait tell week 7, its week 9 for me...etc. You start getting gains 2-3 weeks in, and like Dylan said week 5 BAM..I'd be double checking your source. The rest is nonsense. JMO man.

The ester for E is so long that it should take 4-5 weeks to notice anything at 500mg. My first cycle just really started going at about 6. By 9 I was killing it. Long ester cycles should be longer than 10 weeks. Best to go 15. I'm doing 10 weeks of prop right now.

Agree and disagree, he is running enough cals and at almost week 7 I can gain 4lbs and alittle strength in 7 weeks with a different program and zero Gear. I agree on the long ester running longer I go 17 weeks. But am now gonna start all short cycles, prop, Tren a, NPP, etc.

Short is my new game too. The reality is that gear or no gear, he should be growing from those cals alone. So guess what? Maybe he's not eating as much as he thinks.
 
Pictures would help us determine what's going on as far as body changes, do you have any before posing pics that you can compare to how you look now?

yes...i know that could be the question next ..whether i'm actually eating as much as i thought i am...since i have read the threads others posted..:)
I keep a log of the food i eat and i eat the same food daily except cheat day.
Here's a summarized diet for a day:
14 eggs: 55 proteins, 3 carbs, 15 fats = 367 calories
oatmeal: 5P, 22C, 3F = 129
1 multigrain peanut butter sandwich: 11P, 32C, 12F = 276
500g salmon: 108P, 0C, 30F = 730
400g chicken breast: 104P, 0C, 16F = 560
150g brown rice: 12P. 115C, 4F = 544
1 x green apple: 0P, 19C, 0F = 76
4 x protein shake: 88P, 52C, 24F = 760
1 x post workout shake: 42P, 65C, 10F = 517
1 x better protein bar: 26P, 36C, 21F = 414
2 serving vegatable: 4P, 8C, 1F = 60

estimated total: 450P, 350C, 135F = 4400 calories
I do eat this much since week3.
i read thru the threads and i know you have to eat a lot to grow while on cycle...i was on 3200 calories as i'm trying to lower BF before starting the cycle...same time last year, i gained 8lbs on 3600calories in 2 months.
i could add some greek yogurt and a couple of protein bars to up the calories further but it just puzzled me and getting me all confused given I eat this much and only 4lbs so far...like what Gorilla-Pharma said...it's pathetic..
but i do hope it gets better next week....really hoping...

unfortunately..i didnt took any..
i thought it's gotta be easy to eat more and train hard...and increased the weight since most people reported a noticable increase.
i monitor by weighing myself and my pant sizes....lol
pant never got tighter or looser...weight never go up much after week5..
if the body changes, shouldnt there be any increase or decrease in body weight as well...like losing more BF or gain some muscles...?
