Short is my new game too. The reality is that gear or no gear, he should be growing from those cals alone. So guess what? Maybe he's not eating as much as he thinks.
yes...i know that could be the question next ..whether i'm actually eating as much as i thought i am...since i have read the threads others posted..

I keep a log of the food i eat and i eat the same food daily except cheat day.
Here's a summarized diet for a day:
14 eggs: 55 proteins, 3 carbs, 15 fats = 367 calories
oatmeal: 5P, 22C, 3F = 129
1 multigrain peanut butter sandwich: 11P, 32C, 12F = 276
500g salmon: 108P, 0C, 30F = 730
400g chicken breast: 104P, 0C, 16F = 560
150g brown rice: 12P. 115C, 4F = 544
1 x green apple: 0P, 19C, 0F = 76
4 x protein shake: 88P, 52C, 24F = 760
1 x post workout shake: 42P, 65C, 10F = 517
1 x better protein bar: 26P, 36C, 21F = 414
2 serving vegatable: 4P, 8C, 1F = 60
estimated total: 450P, 350C, 135F = 4400 calories
I do eat this much since week3.
i read thru the threads and i know you have to eat a lot to grow while on cycle...i was on 3200 calories as i'm trying to lower BF before starting the cycle...same time last year, i gained 8lbs on 3600calories in 2 months.
i could add some greek yogurt and a couple of protein bars to up the calories further but it just puzzled me and getting me all confused given I eat this much and only 4lbs so far...like what Gorilla-Pharma said...it's pathetic..
but i do hope it gets better next week....really hoping...
