Considering 1st cycle

I'm curious what everyone's thoughts are on having an AI like stane on hand, but not taking it unless any symptoms of gyno show up? As in, keep going with Test only all the way through a cycle, possibly the whole way, without having to use the AI. Monk could be taking a chemical when he doesn't even need it (not trying to get you worried again man, it is probably semantics).

I've read that eliminating estrogen can hinder gains? Any truth to that?

It's now week 3 and the injections are going fine with both glutes and delts...not that much soreness like the first pin.
Dont seem to feel anything difference yet in strength or weight since it's only week3...i believed it's still early since i read that test e takes effect week 4-5 onwards.
I have increased my calories slowly every week and am now at 4000 this week from 3200 before starting the cycle.
My question - do i need to keep increasing my calories intake for the next couple of weeks while waiting for test e to take effect or should i stay at 4000 for now until my weight increases??
my macros are 49 P/ 26 C/ 25 F
i'm on 0.5 eod this week and so far havent feel any differences yet when compared to 0.5 e3d during week1-2.....or does it take a couple of weeks more when test e takes effect to feel the difference?
any comments/ advises please.

how far is that above your maintenance level?...
if you dont know, how long were you eating at 3200, and in that time, how much weight did you gain or lose?.... need those answers to answer your question really....

i'm on 3200 for last 3 months to lose some fats/weight which i put on last year when i ate at 3500.
i didnt lose any more weight when on 3200 but lower the fats % instead.
i believed at 4000 is already above my maintenance since i put on 3-4lbs a month when on 3500.
i think i could go more than 4000 as i'm normally hungry... :)
 
then i would either:
stay where you are until you see gains stop or slow
or
increase as much as you want but keep it clean in that scenario...
if you are going for size then i think you cant go wrong increasing your clean calories ever... especially on cycle...

i see, i think i'll go for increasing in clean calories instead....definitely going for size especially on cycle..thanks!
 
i know test e supposed to take effect ranging from as fast as week 3 to as long as week 6....depending on individual...
but how does one know when the test e kicks in since it's my first cycle? any signs to look out for?
i could be training hard, eating more and if the test e is already in effect, i might not even know ...just wondering...
