You know how now companies must list trans fat and saturated? Well, is the rest of the fat good for you?
Say something has 9 grams of fat, 3 grams saturated and 0 trans. Does this mean that the leftover 6 grams of fat are healthy? Or if say it's in a chocolate bar, is this leftover fat still not good for you? Would injesting these other fat be comparable to eating flax seeds?
