I rode to the University, they have a Sports Nutrition Depot there. got some sups. A girl rode up & came in. We nod to each other, "sup". Then this guy walks in with a gym bag, obviously heading home from a workout. We all do the nod thing. We're all sweaty as hell.
Then I rode about 5 k to a pharmacy. I locked my bike, walked in & walked around getting stuff. Used the facilities. All these Whaleacious people are lookin at me like I got 3 heads. Great big sweat mark on my ass from where my pouch sat. Sweat marks on my chest, neck & back, starting to spot through. Got my MP3 on, carrying gloves & helmet. They thought I was weird. One guy was wearing a sleeveless tee & I could see his boobs, which were bigger than my wife's.

I went to NASCAR today. Thats right NASCAR. Had Pit pass and a whole bunch of free shit. Got about 7 free tins of skoal, T-wolf, Longhorn. I love it. Was rainy but still saw the race. Didnt eat good this weekend nor get enough water in. So I need to step it up. Exspecially in the cituation im in, not going to fuck around. Time for bed. 3 hours of sleep 2 days.... no good.

It's that small piece of cartillege that hangs down below your sternum. As you get older it ossifies (hardens). Unfortunately, mine is protruding & causing pain. It interferes with working, working out, & sleeping.
So, I'll be on here all week, asking allllllll kinds of questions.

Tommarow I am going out on the boat. Prob have a couple beers. Nothing to crazy. I need sleep. Feeling good though. Although I might have strained my right calf, My fault I havent done them in awhile because they are large and then went all out on some raises. Stupid me.
