William, good job man. Try running first thing in the morning on an empty stomachfor 30 minutes 4 times a week without even brushing your teeth since the toothpaste has potential carbs. You want you body to resort to using your bodyfat for energy instead of what you put in it. If you are doing your cardio in the daytime thats probably why its harder to take the weight off because you burn off what you just ate not whats stored within your body as fat.

thanks man, I actually do my cardio first thing in the morning (I brush my teeth though). I normally have a cup of coffee and a banana, if not i wont have energy, but I'll try to skip the banana and see what happens...thanks
