Sorry guys no Pics. My buddy was to busy today with work to lift with me so I had to lift by myself. Anywho. I pulled 365 once. Max. I maybe could have got out 380. I didnt want to go to crazy and throw out my back. Then did some upper back and little bit of tris. Split routine is different for me and will take some time to get used to. I was happy with 365. I bet in 2 weeks I might be able to get 390-400.
