Everyone DO NOT panic ... CK wants you all to know you guys are truly awesome! Everything is going to be ok and do NOT WORRY ... she cannot talk about what is going on at this moment... we need to respect her privacy & concerns & trust she is doing the right thing ... She does not like saying goodbye & really did not expect this much of a response & again, THAT can be overwhelming ... I WILL update you when she is ready to talk to me and PLEASE don't think she is avoiding you, she is trying to get to as many PM's as she can .... she is very overwhelmed in a positive way by the well wishes and support... and AGAIN, she says not to worry ... I will update you all for her when she is ready , if she doesn't decide to do so herself ... At this point I don't know any more than you do ... Positive vibes and lots of love... trust in our cheerleader

I really will miss her around here. I know you all feel the same way. Hopefully she will be able to rejoin us at some point.
For now, I wish her all the best in the world. She really is a wonderful person & I'm sure she'd be an awesome friend IRL.
Tonight, I'll do my workout in her honour & down a protein shake in toast.

Ok, I am back! no just joking

Alright, got some quite time, girls are napping. This will be my last post. I will repost it in the Comp 2 as well.

Thank you for everybodies well wishes, and I am overwhelmed at the response I was given to stay. You will never know how much that means to me.

Everybody knows about my health issues, well, they are not getting any better, and I am not getting any younger I would explain but it takes too long. But, I am not dead yet so don't worry! I hope not to go anywhere for a long time! Believe me, I am still going to be working out, eating right and actually still going to try compete if my cards are right!

Anyway, after a very great weekend and some time away with my hubby we were able to talk about the future and what lies ahead. We need to get a lot done in a very short time and I am going to be super busy.

I just didn't want to stop posting without a proper goodbye.

I love all of you here! and I think my hubby does to!
