Haha. all those deadlifts are paying off. Lower back has nice deffinition as well. The mass is going on real nice bro. With how strict and smart your diet is, your comming alone almost perfectly. When you cut....you get CUT. And with this bulk you are puttting on real nice size and not to much fat at all. Your a master bro. I wish I had as much dedication to diet as you.

Yea city, im lucky i got a 8-4 job that i work with 3 other women, i can eat premade meals w/o a problem or complaints right at my desk so i am lucky in a way

Such as todays meals
Oatmeal + Shake

Chicken breast on whole wheat

Chicken/Rice/Chic Peas

Tuna Sandwich on whole wheat

And this is all the food imma have at work alone =]

I think yesterday my cycle was starting to be noticable. Here was my leg workout.

SQUATS
1 set of 15- Bar
1 set of 15-135
1 set of 10-185
1 set of 10-205
1 set of 7-275

Leg extensions 3 sets
Leg curls 3 sets.

I was all pumped out so I did 2 25 yard lunges with a 50 pound barbell...

And no I cant walk today. :evil: But I was straight up jacked last night. Could have did more.

Squats are a pretty easy exercise for me. I am stocky so I have short legs (unlike you) so even if I go to the floor its not as far.
