I think yesterday my cycle was starting to be noticable. Here was my leg workout.
1 set of 15- Bar
1 set of 15-135
1 set of 10-185
1 set of 10-205
1 set of 7-275
Leg extensions 3 sets, Leg curls 3 sets.
I was all pumped out so I did 2 25 yard lunges with a 50 pound barbell...
And no I cant walk today. But I was straight up jacked last night. Could have did more.
GO CITYHICK GO!!!! walking is over rated anyways, ha ha!
