I think yesterday my cycle was starting to be noticable. Here was my leg workout.

1 set of 15- Bar
1 set of 15-135
1 set of 10-185
1 set of 10-205
1 set of 7-275

Leg extensions 3 sets, Leg curls 3 sets.

I was all pumped out so I did 2 25 yard lunges with a 50 pound barbell...

And no I cant walk today. But I was straight up jacked last night. Could have did more.

GO CITYHICK GO!!!! walking is over rated anyways, ha ha!

Went for an awesome bike ride today. Kinda chilly, & breezy, but had good distance. Legs never failed me. I took 3 CB before, I think that's what I need. 2 aren't enough.
MM, awesome back, bro. Seriously, I would destroy a small village to have your physique.
I'll do it my way, but it'll take longer, :( .

3 CB .. Nice.. how was the stomach? Feel good? Some chickies get a little nauseous from 3, which is why it isn't recommended usually, but heck if it works, SWEET!

You will get there HiDn ... diet had so much to do with it though :rose:

As the story goes, im starting the ECA stack + YES regimine today, in fact i already used it for todays cardio + ab work.

Felt good, felt tingle/hot like mineral ice. So it "feels" like its doing something. Cardio was a breeze 20 mins threadmill @ level 7. Then Stairmaster Step Mill for 11 minutes w/ the 50lb vest

Heres some updated pics(taken today) To benchmark my progress.

Calories have been all clean calories, not too much junk at all. My fav part is breakfast. Oatmeal w/ blueberries splenda, omg taste so damn good(thanks bunz)

just saw the pics....excellent job my friend....keep it up.
 
Drank a little more then I planned yesterday. not to crazy but I think I told the girl I was dating what I think of her...... thats not a good thing. Whatever.

No probs with the stomach. I swear it is cast iron. Nothiong bothers it.
Exercise I can do, diet is such a bitch though. I def have issues when it comes to food. That'll be my biggest triumph, when I beat it.
