Didnt do cardio today but repped 55 DB Curls for the first time. I squat about 270.. not so hot but it goes up quick. Feeling powerful and hungry today. I need a shower. Go pistons.

Nice job HICK!

I actually double sessioned the Gym yesterday. both PM,

i sqauted and biceps.

Ass to Grass 275x3. Tried 300 but missed it.

Nice 55lb DB curls are nice bro, I dont worry about biceps too much, so i go heavy too, I usually Hammercurl 45lbs.

Cardio was intense yesterday,

threadmill: 3 min warmup running @ 7.0 for 12 mins
stairmaster: W/ Weighted Vest(50lbs) for 10 mins @ Level 6
threadmill: 7 mins @ 3.0 incline @ level 6

Intense, gotta get my FULL set of abs back =]

Go kill that shit City,

Always

But 275 beats me. Im working on it though.
Got a couple days off work so I am going to be able to eat real good and get in all my workouts for once. It will be nice to say the least. Nice to be able to run the dog too. Go up north maybe this weekend. I dont know if its placebo or if I really am getting that much stronger from the test... it shouldnt have really kicked in yet. Oh well I feel more powerful then ever and love it.

How is this for cardio: Walked up hill for 3km pushing a double stroller with my girls in it, and tried the jacobs ladder at the gym, did only 10 minutes/100 calories but holy sh*& what a workout, my goal is to do 1/2 hour on it eventually. It is a hot one here today, may do some more cardio on the treadmill tonight, we will see how much energy I have by the evening.

I was going to say "I HOPE" but I know everybody is WORKING HARD!

WE ROCK! :)

Well, I rode my bike to work today. 17 km each way. More downhill on the way there, took a longer route home, so 50 min this morning, & 65 min tonight.
I'm supposed to do legs tonight, but, I dunno, we'll see.
I gotta watch my meds & supps when I do that. My glucose went under 3.0 this A.M. Got all sweaty & jittery, had to eat some carbs & dextrose. Normal range for non-diabetics is 4.0-7.0.
Hick, I'm jealous of your curls, man. I'm not even close.

MM, I'm tryin for a 315 squat. That's my goal, for now. Closer, closer. Good luck.

ck, kids=cardio, LOL. BTW, what's a Jacobs Ladder? Is that that thing you grab with your hands & step with your feet? Looks like you're spider man climbing a wall?

I don't wear a bracelet, but every one at work knows, & many have experience with diabetics. I do have dextrose tabs in my locker & in my tool boxes, in my van, & in my knapsack. I have cans of juice & packets of sugar stashed too. (That's the boy scout in me, LOL).

Good to hear! I know sooo many people who don't take care of their diabetes and it bugs me, not that I thought you didn't but especially with how hard your working, I wanted to make sure you had extra stuff on hand!

My buddy hasnt been taking his slin lately.... herion addict. Stresses me out. I dont know if he will OD before his diabeties kills him. I hate heroin.... its taken to much life outta the few friends I do have. And there are VERY few success stories.

I'm lucky not to be on slin. Pills only, so I can self medicate a litle.
My brother's on slin & it really is a pain in the ass.

I can honestly say I've lead a sheltered life. Except for a few alchy's I've never known anyone who's been consumed by a substance abuse problem.
