Competition #2 For Anyone and Everyone

Hat off to Hick, this competition has really taken of, and that’s at the best time of the year, summer shirt off and the abs have to show!!!

I’m in, need some encouragement and this is just the thing for it.

Age 26
5'11"
175 pounds
BF% approx 14%
I'm taking pics & measurements on Saturday (next day off from work)
Program:
4 days a week weights lifting, 2 body parts a week
5 days a week cardio form Muay Thai or various sports, or treadmill
/elliptical after the weight workout for 30 mins
Diet: here is my mistake, often under eat for my activity level but just started a food journal and will keep close track. Right now my ratios are 40/30/30 p/f/c. Now eating 2050 kcals on lifting days and 2400 on Muay Thai days
Supps: Multivitamin, Omega 3, Flax, Whey/Casein
My goal is to lower my BF% under 10%

Now here is a question, my right wrist and forearm are still hurting on my 2nd superset of bis so I have to take the weight down to 10 pounds for the one arm. My other arm use to be sore like that too but the soreness has gone away. Do I keep on plugging through with the right arm, use lower weights, use the same weights? I use my wrist support on the right, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

I was also think of changing the exercise this is what I am doing right now....
any suggestions to change it up??

4 sets of 15

one arm barbell
tricep push ups

incline db
french incline press

alternating db
tricep cable
One arm barbell curls? That's a lot of balancing for the wrist to handle. Could be straining something. As far as barbell curls go, I always had pain in my wrists & the top, inside of my forearms, near the elbows. I switched from a straight bar to the Cambered bar & that seems to have done the trick. Extremely strict form has helped tooo.
