I WAS enjoying it at the weekend. Now I have to work in it I'm not loving it so much!

Pull ups - 2secs up 2 secs down

Chin ups - normal pace! Lol!
4x4 @ BW

2x20 @ 60kg (132lbs) 2secs up 2 down, this was bloody hard!
1x20 @ bar, fast for a pump.

Didn't have time for deadlifts. Damn it was HOT! Air con still ain't fixed so we wedged the door open to get a bit of cool air. Still damn hot in there though. The smell of sweat was thick in the air and everyone was sweating like it was goin out of fashion!

100°F = 37.77°C Where RADAR lives.
Been in the high ninety here where I live, that would be from 35°C - 37.77°C.
Thats just how I like it. However my poor wife just dies.....
 
If its not humid, put a wet towel over the fan bro. Evaporation cooling!
On the air out side....LOL
 
I like it around 15 deg C. With no rain. Anything else and I sweat like a whore in church.

Hey bro on your back day would be an awsome place to High Pulls from a hang position. This is a gr8 excersize for fighters. Excellent for arms, delts and traps. Also hits lower legs and quads, even glutes to some extend. The entire posterior chain. Do reps of 8-10 for 3-5 sets. You will see that this also gr8 for endurance.
