Clenbuterol - taking it properly

Anyone familiar with taking Clenbuterol on a 2 week on 2 week off cycle PROPERLY?

Does this sound alright?

Day 1 - 1 (20mcg pill)
Day 2 - 1
Day 3 - 2
Day 4 - 2
Day 5 - 3
Day 6 - 3
Day 7 - 4
Day 8 - 4
Day 9 - 4
Day 10 - 4
Day 11 - 3
Day 12 - 2
Day 13 - 2
Day 14 - 1
 
There we go another person on elite from the city of champions, lots of people talk about 2weeks on 2weeks off but 2 weeks off for me doesn't work I like to go 2weeks on 4weeks off and I've done quite a few cycles of clen. ramping the dosage to get tolerance is a good idea but there is no need to ramp down.
 
There is no way to tell if that's right for you or not. Clen is very individual. You may find that you can ramp up much faster than that, and most do. You don't need to ramp down. You need to have something to cycle off to, like Thermorexin, so you can continue your fat burning and not crash. Although few people actually crash coming off of clen. You may also find that you get tired from clen so a Thermorexin a day may help you with that as well.

also..I find that most continue to drop fat even though the "sides" such as shakes, tremors and cramps are gone...
 
Ulter & Shadow- Do you think after taking supps. for an extended period of time, say competition season needs to totally come off for a while and clean out the system? and if they do what are the reprecussions i.e. fatique, rebound effect?
 
YES. If your body doesn't produce the supp you are talking about or you are introducing more than normally is produced, yes you need to come off. The various effects are that you become so tolerant to it that you have to load ridiculous amounts to get any effect, your body can become dependent on it, an exogenous source may inhibit natural production levels of it, it may suppress natural responses, etc. etc. ec.

Do you have specific supps in mind? Clen is one that your receptors become saturated and you need to clear them out for clen to be effective.

A restricted diet can eliminate critical cleansing / purging components of a diet that your body needs, e.g. enzymes from fruits to clear out free radicals, honestly, a good colon cleanse can clear out by-products / waste left over from both a restrictive diet or a shitty diet or just a lifetime of eating.
 
I was mainly thinking of T-rex, Leverex & ECA. Would cycling the supps. prohibit the negative effects? I notice that after takeinf ECA for an extended period of time I have to up the doasage, like you said the body becomes dependant on it.
 
That is about the same schedule that I used...HOWEVER I did breakout in the shingles using clen...don't know if the two were tied together or not...but I'm a little nervous about ever using it agian!!
