The T-Rex is Very strong. The combo of yohimbine hcl and synephrine is known to cause Nausea / Queasiness, so it is recommnded that you NOT take the dose on an empty stomach (i.e. the fiber in the banana helps prevent this) esp. if it's your 1st time.
Start with One Cap and see how you feel. You can do One cap 2 X a day & go from there. BUT NOT after 4 pm (some say 3pm). You may be unable to sleep if you take it later in the day.
There were times I was in the parking lot before my w/o and 20 minutes later I was pumped ... EveryBODY is different so try it out and see how it works for you

thanks bunny! cardio is alot but i seriously don't see huge results for doing that much training and usually i'd workout again in the afternoon and do upper body training!
i really want amazing definition to my arms.. just doesn't work..!! I did Tae-bo for nearly 4 years and no arm definition.. i have all of david kirsch dvd's.. i do so much, otherwise if i don't i feel guilty! and can be really moody towards everyone.. i can't go through a day without workingout, but if you saw me, you wouldn't really think i do that much.. i love my abs, i've worked hard for them.. gained results there but lower body and arms i find difficult!
