clenbuterol! help, anyone used it??

There are lots of OTC thermogenics available, but the "fat burning" aspect of them is very limited - my point being just to help set your expectations that if your diet & training are not tight & honestly consistent (i.e. you don't eat a candy bar every couple days), a fat burner, even clen, will not "get you ripped & toned". I agree with everything you recommended.. I workout at 7/8 in the morning to david kirsch new york body plan dvd.. it is absolutely amazing.. seriously for quick tone results its all there! I am very advanced I do this 45min cardio sculpting and then run for an hour.. and always another 30/40min of something else in the afternoon.

In the evening when I'm back from work and watching tv, i'll start eating either biscuits, well anything sweet, which is silly after all the workout i do.. and always think i'll just burn it off in the gym... but its wrong cos i'm not losing the weight!! I also work without a break if i'm really busy and can usually go with just breakfast in me til the evening without eating nothing throughout the day..

Just need something to help me and give me more energy.. (david kirsch vitamin/mineral energy drink is great!) and to calm down my PM cravings..

That's great info.. thanku lovely! well, i usually workout pretty early in the morning.. 45min cardio then an hour of running.. then i drink GNC's whey protein isolate from prolab.. is that enough?? or should i eat properly then take 3 capsules 3 times a day.. 2nd or 3rd day shall i start to take 2 capsules 3 times a day??? am i on the right track?? or off it!

has this worked for you?? :) :) :)

I understand!! after my clen question, i read the topics and it kinda answered my question! thanks for the reply tho.. hope diet is going well.. keep me updated on ur progress.. and promise NOOOO more questions on clen! :)

That is ALOT of cardio ... 45 minutes of cardio THEN an extra hour of more cardio (running)? Unless you are training for a marathon, that may be hurting you more than helping you.

The T-Rex is Very strong. The combo of yohimbine hcl and synephrine is known to cause Nausea / Queasiness, so it is recommnded that you NOT take the dose on an empty stomach (i.e. the fiber in the banana helps prevent this) esp. if it's your 1st time.

Start with One Cap and see how you feel. You can do One cap 2 X a day & go from there. BUT NOT after 4 pm (some say 3pm). You may be unable to sleep if you take it later in the day.

There were times I was :sick: in the parking lot before my w/o and 20 minutes later I was pumped ... EveryBODY is different so try it out and see how it works for you :)

Hi Ilk! It sounds like the diet is not really in order and you're doing way too much cardio. These two things will prevent you from losing fat. You haven't said much about weight training, but I'm hoping you ARE lifting weights.
