I agree with everything you recommended.. I workout at 7/8 in the morning to david kirsch new york body plan dvd.. it is absolutely amazing.. seriously for quick tone results its all there! I am very advanced I do this 45min cardio sculpting and then run for an hour.. and always another 30/40min of something else in the afternoon.
In the evening when I'm back from work and watching tv, i'll start eating either biscuits, well anything sweet, which is silly after all the workout i do.. and always think i'll just burn it off in the gym... but its wrong cos i'm not losing the weight!! I also work without a break if i'm really busy and can usually go with just breakfast in me til the evening without eating nothing throughout the day..
Just need something to help me and give me more energy.. (david kirsch vitamin/mineral energy drink is great!) and to calm down my PM cravings..
