Clen & Nolvedex Diet

Extremely clueless when it comes to women & hormones, although I have taken clen before and has dropped body fat off me by the day, My girlfriend goes to the gym with me on a regular basis and maintaines a good diet, not perfect although better then average,IMO, I have learned that with males a lower estergon level acheived by nolvedex or any other anti-estergon pills will allow the body to burn fat at twice the rate, Now I know women have a much higher level of estergon then men. Is this true for women as with men that 20mg Nolvedex and a small dose of clen 2wks cycles might help with estergon releated fat, Again I'm asking because I have no idea so please to leave me feedback saying how dumb this is to ask.
Thanks in advance.

This is my opinion. Clen, ok. Nolvadex: NO!!!

There is a distinct risk for women using Nolvadex: this is a drug that treats estrogenic tumors for women with breast cancer!! Unless she is a top-level monitored competitor, I would NEVER recommend the usage of Nolvadex for a woman....especially a rookie!

Just my $.02.

Agree with above, CLen is fine, but if her diet is simply "okay" her results will be simply "okay". Clean up the diet and results will follow.

Nolvadex is a VERY bad idea. I am assuming she does NOT compete, therefore, Nolva is a poor choice. Basically, the Nolva will cause her to have all the Menopause symtpoms (hot flashes, etc). It will not cause menopause, but she will feel like it. Also, I don't think it will do her any good fat-wise. I assume her BF is mid-teens to mid-twenties? The Nolva won't do her any good at this stage. If she was a competitor, then maybe.

Cleaning up her diet and possibly changing what she does at the gym will make a MUCH bigger difference.

What are her current stats? What is her current diet? What are her SPECIFIC goals ("lose fat" is NOT a specific goal)?

She is not competing, she is about 5'4 & 120pds. BF about 15-18%, She just has serious hormone issues, Her attitude to water weight tells me she is changing drastically week to week. I'm just trying to find a way to balance her hormones and allow her to get BF 10-12%. Must of her weight sits on sides of stomach which in a males case is estergon related. Her stomach is flat, Her thighs are holding alot of her bodyfat as well. Anymore input would be great.

Females tend to hold fat there more then men. Also, genetics is a BIG issue. How are her female family members fat-holding patterns?

REGARDLESS of water retention or estrogen related fat, I STRONGLY think Nolva is a BAD BAD idea for her.

Water rentention can be also due to diet and water intake..... Have her lower her sodium on a day-to-day basis, and increase the water intake. This will help additional water retention. Clean up the diet - drop the processed foods.

Is she on BCP?

Why is a bodyfat that low the target goal? That's the level you would be looking for at a figure competition. Generally speaking it isn't all that healthy (or easy) to maintain low bodyfat levels. I would set 12% as the lowest you would want to attempt to maintain, and that's pushing it. From my own competition experience, the places where you tend to hold fat require just more of the same dieting. Even if the non-fat holding areas look awesome, you have to keep going to get those fat-bearing areas to achieve the same level of leanness. To get to those levels you can take a shot at using various supps like clen, but the better and more predictable results will come from dialing in that diet. If her diet is good but not the greatest, try to go that extra step to get it more perfect to get beyond the current hump. Also look at altering the diet a little bit - for ex, try carb cycling - more carbs on the days of heavier training, lighter carbs on the cardio only / no training days.
