Clen and Anavar

Hello All,

I like some helpful information.

I am 28 years old 6'2 and 220 pounds. My bf is around 20-25%%. I started a diet and exercise about a week ago. I was out for 8 months due to a ankle injury. I broke my talus bone. I have recovered since then.

I have clen and anavar. I have liquid and pill form clen and also pill form anavar.

I would like to know if it is a good idea to start any of these or if i should wait until i get back into the mix of things. I would like to shed weight and put up lean mass. Could someone please shed light? Any diet plans or workout plans would be appreciated.

It's a terrible idea....do you even know how to use them?

When "back traing a week" turns into "back training AND dieting for 18 months" then mayyybe

Here is my diet. Let me know what you think? I appreciate the feedback. Also I am doing cardio 1 hour each day and lifting heavy 4 days.

• Meal 1: Protein Shake, Oats, and 8 Egg Whites
• Meal 2:) Protein Shake
• Meal 3: 1 whole wheat bread, 1 tsp peanut butter, 5-6 strawberries
• Meal 4: Chicken/Fish with Broccoli/ Brown rice
• Meal 5: Protein Shake, with oats
• Meal 6: Chicken/Fish or Steak with 2 green Vegetables and Brown Rice/Sweet Potato
 
Too many shakes....what's the quantity of food and how is it prepared?
