I started CKD on Thursday. So far doing great. On my carb up day I plan on having pizza, oatmeal, and pasta. I am using Mr. X's worksheet. Do you think those choices will hurt me?

Depends on how strict you want to do the whole carb up day. Pizza is going to have half to all of your entire day of fat intake if you are following Mr. X's worksheet.
On my first carb up nothing tasted good anyways and I didn't really have any cravings by then either. I waited 11 days and only did it because my temperature was dropping too low.
I carbed up the day before my last final, worst idea ever. I just wanted to sleep all day, felt like total shit.
update, well one week over and i lost 2.5 pounds. On my carbup day i ate what i wanted, i just did not go nuts. this week i may up cardio a little bit.
