lol, nothin wrong with that suston, whatever weight accomodates yer gains. im hoping to greatly imrpove my bench weight with this routine. weighing 221 and having a 1rm of 225 is just plain weak.

I have a friend who really thinks about the numbers he pushes, and that is all he thinks about. For the last few months he hasn't grown at all and not reall able to increase the weight he uses. He performs half reps and bounces the bar to use heavy weight. The point is he won't progress because he is too worried about the weight he lifts and not his form and progress.
Just keep working hard and remember form, the weight will increase over time without fail
well i dont worry about it, i just want to increase it. when im in the gym im all about lifting whats scheduled and i dont worry about anything else. i just think it would be nice to press 315 by the time im 18
