i know it isnt too clean, but this shit is HIGH in cals and carbs. and i am talking about 700cals in one can and 75grams of carbs!
what do you guys think
if it isnt that high in fat why the hell not. I see everyone sayin that u need to cut carbs when cutting but with me...whenever i cut carbs my weight loss stops ( i guess maybe it has something to do with low t3 levels and lepititin levels associated with low carb diets) so i have to up my carbs in order to keep on loosing. Do wat feels natural to u.
Quick and easy source of calories if you're just looking to gain weight and don't care about high sodium and BF. Make sure to get some more quality protein with those meals-in-a-can though.
