So I've been searching about looking for ways to improve myself. I am 36 5'7 and 167lbs. I am quite active and trying to get some bit of a body back from after having baby's . It seems bloody impossible! lol I am vegetarian, I use promasil protein powder for protein, most times have ZERO appetite. I have seen a dietian who I'm fairly certain that wanker has got his head up his arse as he says I need to give in and eat meat. My plan is to get back to 140lb and loose some of the fat I clearly don't need lol. Any suggestions would be grand.....

if you are a veterinarian and your dietitian doesn't respect that.. then maybe it is time to cut ties with him. Just make sure you are consuming enough BCAAs and Amino Acids throughout the day to supplement what you may lack by not eating meat.

Right now.. what does your daily diet look like.. calories, macro breakdown, and when you eat?

Also.. what does your workout regiment look like?

My daily diet is sad really, I unfortunately almost never feel hungry(been this way my entire life, hence the dietician as i tend to drop weight fast but since baby i have fat i cant get rid of!)I pick on veggies and fruit and recently tried yogurt with I will eat a few bites of then toss away in the bin. Promasil protein powder was recommend by the dietician and I use it twice a day. I am reasonably active as a waitress for work and I like to go for short run if work hasn't rendered me to the couch lol

are you on any type of medication?

No, I take no tablets other than multivitamins and extra iron. I also forgot to mention that I am meticulous about how much sugar I ingest( my mother was a vegan and I was brought up believing sugar is a wicked toxin) so the dietician also has recomended me drinking a nutritional drink once a day. I tried it once...I wouldn't would feed that bloody crap to my dog! He also says I intake to much water as I don't drink juice or milk....I am however 165.8 at our meeting today, he says for my height if I should be 150? Has he gone completely mad?
