I specifically train from strongwoman. I only have one implement to train with, though (the tire). Every other gym movement pretty much revolves around a powerlifting movement. Squat, bench, and overhead press. I have never been a powerlifter or a bodybuilder (THOUGHT about doing that once...lol). I have pretty much done everything else in the book when it comes to sports, though...just never been this involved in weight lifting.
My long term goals...hmm...well...I really enjoy this, but if I get tired of it I may try powerlifting or something like that...who knows. I am just doing this now because I enjoy it. No telling where it will take me.
I am at the University of TN at Chattanooga. A small school, but it works.
