Cheating Question

No this isn't your usual "Can I eat a cookie and get away with it?" - type of cheating.

Without giving you my life story I'll just get to the question.
I do not like to use any supplements, minus a multivitamin, because I feel as if I am somehow cheating the whole muscle growth equation. Ive watched numerous people get big off creatine and read alot of posts on what to take but I like to say im 100% natural as in I only use food to get my strength/muscle. I'd guess this would mean I would have to eat a lot more then other bodybuilders.

Am I looking at this wrong, I know the body produces alot of the products out there, their just like a boost I guess you could say.

I don't know, help me out, I don't want to drag this out so I will just wait til I hear some input.
 
bro if you can stay "natural" i give you props. But i'm telling you a little creatine won't hurt maybe some glutmine. Your working out hard, puting in the effort, why not give your self a boost? I'm not saying turn into a roid monkey, but all these products are "natural" you get creatine from meat. There's mixed views on this.

Also could a mod move this to a supplment forum as it will get more replies, and it belongs there:)
 
Ya I totally missed the supplement section til after I posted this....but staying pure natural is a deep goal of mine. not that I havent tasted creatine before I just makes me feel like im cheating I don't know.

Another question. This all natural peanut butter...i dont think the reduced fat generic brand im buyin is the all natural..but ive looked at labels and honestly none ive seen flat out say All Natural Peanut Butter
 
no problem bro,but yah about the peanut butter i've seen the ANPB but it looked disgusting as fuck lol
I just like the plain old PB, but go to the store and you can just ask someone that works in that area
on where you could be able to find it. Hows your diet looking right now you, you bulking? What's your stats bro maybe we could help you out a little:)
 
No worries plenty of posts will be coming by me i was just doing some reading up, which seems to be endless around here.. but im fully aware im not eating anywhere close to enough to be called bulking up but that is the plain since this will be the first time i actually can since no basketball..freshman year in college and i dropped that game beyond just playing for fun.

The way it looks now my diet is chicken and peanut butter primarily...college life..no money avoiding the fried foods is rough. granola bars have become my snack since the closest place snakes are chocolate cake, cupcakes etc and im only eatin 2-4 times a day, which i hate but the only time i really have is at night
 
pack your lunches the night before hand. Take a grill chicken sandwich to eat at lunch. Pack some peanuts. Get some protien bars. There's endless ways to get the food you need. bro 2-4 times a day isn't going to cut it. Aim for atleast 6-8 small meals spread out, one around every 3hours.

im 2 1/2 hours from home. i live in a dorm.. no car atm since not worth the gas and permit to park on compass so im narrowed to what the restaurant on compass provides until.

I usually go for the grilled chicken sandwich, avoid the fries/hamburgers, pizza is a rare option for me..unless i see buffalo chicken which is a favorite of mine..other than that its peanutt butter and wheat bread. My diet for bodybuilding is horrible..but for a college dorm kid, i can get buy
 
you could eat out alot for bulking purposes. Tell you the truth my diet isn't that clean because i eat out alot. But when i eat out i eat alot. For example take mcdonalds, when i go i eat a grill chicken burger, with 2grill chicken patties on the side. Maybe a fajita if i'm really hungery. You don't always have to eat clean for bulking as long as you get the protien in, that's all that matters right now. I'm telling you it's better to eat this stuff rather then eat nothing. How's the training going, what kind of split you on?
