I agree but its on thing to look at others and wanting to do them... and another to "feel the need to fuck" them.

Truthfully, while I've fucked ALOT of girls, I never cheat when seeing someone. If you feel you need to fuck other girls, you aren't very serious about your current girl. My advice to to cut her loose and enjoy the single life for awhile until you are ready for something serious.
