I refeed twice a week, if you can count that as cheating. Unfortunately, it's just cream of wheat and oatmeal, but I get to take my calories higher. It's that damn diet log; I feel the need to write everything down, which prevents me from going overboard. Nothing like a little guilt...
I have a schduled cheat meal oncw a week. I'm cutting for a show in April so it's one of the things that keeps me going. It's funny though...my cheat meals are not what most think is a cheat meal. I tell people what I had on my cheat day and they laugh at me and say, "That's not a cheat!". But to me it is. My week consists of fish & chicken, broccoli and salads. Very low carbs and good fats like olive oil. No fatty ingredients on anything.
So what is MY cheat that people make fun of? A big salad with chicken and regular honey mustard dressing in a tortilla shell...and maybe a cookie. That's it...no McDonalds or fried foods like fries. I work to hard to throw it all away for that greasy shit!!!
A 'cheat' meal every 2-3 days, but that cheat meal doesn't have tons of calories, it's just a little junky. I try not to eat fatty/carby meals, so a cheat meal might be a spicy chicken sandwhich and 10 nuggets at wendy's.

after 6 days times 6 meals of protein shakes, tuna chicken etc. the cheat meal usually hurts my stomach..its almost all i can handle then its back to tuna and such but i cut out the protein shake...eat tuna or chicken on bread with some baked chips or something

I'm a firefighter, and that makes the diet at the firehouse VERY hard to follow, since we split cooking duties. Me and a couple others eat real clean, but I might go in tomorrow and find out fried chicken is on for dinner. I bring my own chicken breast or tuna or whatnot.....but sometimes it just smells sooooo good, and tastes so goooood on the lips (its hard to sit down and watch 11 others eat bowl after bowl of spaghetti, while you eat a chicken breast and brown rice and broc......and ofcourse get your balls busted by the fatties about how good it taste).
If I have any of those slips I dont cheat that weak. If I dont slip at all, I have a cheat meal. Last week was half a donatos pizza, thin crust of course (still cant help myself about worrying about carbs lol)
