I cheat once a week. Usually on a Sunday. My diet consist of chinese food, ice cream, cheese cake and chocolates. About 5,000 - 6000 calories.
 
I usually have batterd fish and a portion of chips from the local greasy chippy once a week, wich ins't helping me lose bodyfat, i need to give myself a slap round the chops and say no to junk food.
 
full cheat day, sometimes 2. I'm a hardcore runner so I can get away with it. I guess i'd be losing 4lbs a week if I didnt have cheat days. I'm thinking of making one of my days a 'cleaner' cheat day though. I dont think i'd much of a social life (no hunnies) without letting lose on the weekends.

On AR you post that you haven't cheated in 7 years. Then, on Getbig.com, you made the following post on July 3rd:

"today 8.6k calories + - 100. I was bored and home so i was able to tack and list everything i ate to the tee and got the calories pretty acurate. Here we go, dam it was all so good.I just hope i don't go regretting myself days later and feel bad i really needed this day. Ive got problems, i know. Imm going to try to act as if this day never existed and not regret it. Back to eating maintence 2marrow.

Probally 1.5lbs fat gained oh well too bad i don't care.

I would just copy and paste my fitday but PC version is lame
