as i was scoping my pantry for some delicious pasta sauce i noticed hidden the back was a box of kraft mac and cheese. This stuff tastes great has 410 cal's per serving, loaded with carbs and is only about a $1.50 per box. Just thought id pass on the finding. Tate believes his squats are due to egg mc muffins, i believe the power lies in the cheesiest, kraft cheesiest that is

i would agree with you cause i wish beer was a food group. But alcohol lowers your test repsponce something fierce even after just one drink. If it didnt beer would be my favorite suppliment to lifting.

One box has 3 servings so if you eat the whole box it's 1230 calories. I like to take a can of tuna and mix it into my Kraft
