I can honestly say I'm one of the strongest on this forum in upper body strength but one of the weakest in lower body strength...that happened after my injury...

im in for a lauge at the big talk pl guys that cant max my 10 rep weight. unfortunately im just going to watch though. i have no vids and dont want any.

I'll put some pics up in my profile once I'm done dieting. I'm on keto atm and feeling week as shit. I'm currenty 5'10"ish, ~210 and I'm guessing 15%

Some recent lifts/PRs before starting this diet.....

CGBP 275x5
Push Press 225x10
DL 525, 475x7 with no belt or straps for an all time PR
Squat 405x6, 315x14 high bar close stance completely raw
BB Curl. 55x3
Kickbacks pink db x lost count

I tweaked my low back on push presses and that plus no carbs has killed my performance. I barely squatted 315 for a triple Sunday :worried:
 
Oh I forgot..... I pressed 405 in a single ply rage x in a local yokal push/pull three years ago. I've never pressed 315 raw lol

I'm glad your kickbacks have come up. Was that on a Swiss ball for added core work too?

I've been doing them while standing on the bosu ball. The added ankle mobility work really helps when you're chasing me through the mall.
