currently I am 6'1" at 188 lbs and 9% bodyfat. My current diet consists of mostly complex carbs spread out throughout my first 4 meals, except postworkout. I use dextrose post workout. My current workout split is I lift 5 days a week and do low intensity cardio every morning for 30 minutes. I was wondering what changes in diet I could do to get down to around 7%. Im also starting clen and heard that works best with low fat diets. Im currently on a low fat diet but was wondering if maybe I could change this to high fat possibly with maybe 20 grams dextrose post morning cardio and 50g dextrose post weight training and the rest of my calories coming from fat and protein. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
