I've always been a big believer in changing up your routine, generally every three months. That's usually when I start leveling off with my lifts.

But this time, I've been making slow but steady gains on my db presses, flat and incline. I can't do flat bar worth a shit anymore, but I'm not really concerned about that. But I feel like if I keep going, I can do even more on the dbs. However, I've been on basically the same routine for about three and a half months now.

To change up, or not to change up, that is the question.

My program changes weekly...

If your using a routine thats working for you why change it. I only make changes to my spilt if my gains stop.
