I am sure that would work as long as you mix some creatine with the cereals (above 50 grs).

:D

That is the funniest post ever?

I have one.

What If I were to eat multi-vitamins, water, flaxseeds. . . Would I get freaky ripped.

you've been sucked in the the propaganda of the kellogs challenge havent u?

They're claiming u can lose weight on their cereal diet

eating honey coated, sugar loaded crunchy nut cornflakes and lose weight? sure if u eat the prortions they tell u to, you'll lose some weight if u create a caloric defecit, but getting ripped and losing a bit of weight are too totally different things in my books.

To get ripped IMO you need to eat fricking clean and train hard including cardio (depending on how lucky you are genetically)
cereals are usually loaded with hidden sugars, refined carbs and too much sodium

I eat a whole box of grapenuts a day!! bowl for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sprinkle with protein powder! Works wonders!! (works wonders for making you regular! lol)

No that will not work!

you shouldnt be so quick to knock the mans idea especially when some of you are fattys yourself.

try it and do cardio to create the deficit. and you will see results HUMUNGUS

zero yeah but there's so much better foods u can eat besides cereals.. u cant be suggesting that cereals, loaded with hidden sugars, refined carbs and sodium take recedence over veggies, sweet potatoes, oats and quality protein now can u?

very true

im the type that hates to eat "healthy foods"

but alot of cereals are fortified with alot of vitamins

for alot of people dieting is all mental. they want to eat yummy foods and get away with it. and they will possibly be more likely to stick to a restricted calorie diet even though they could possibly be "bad calories". because they will be eating some "yummy"

i for one hate eating healthy and trying to get lean

but your right its better to eat healthy foods, im just looking at it from another angle
