So one of the fighters at my gym was telling me he dropped a ton of weight by simply adding 1 tps of cayenne pepper to 3 of his meals a day. I googled it and have read quite a few studies on how it can speed up the metabalism, breaks downs carbs and sugar, and curbs appetite. looks like recomended dose is 10-28 grams when just starting. Its seems cayenne pepper is good for alot of other things too. Woof tales, or accurate info??
