Ok so heres what happened.. Before I went to the gym and the nutritionist there took my weight and bf, he said I was 160 at 6.7% bf, to me that seemed unrealistic because if I were 6.7%, my abs would show alot more.. My diet seems good for a cut, I have excersises down pat. for my entire body + abs.. I know that I've defiantly improved physique since may and cut some fat..he got fat calipers in yesterday so today we did it, and I'm sitting at 10.9% body fat.. For regular human health, there's nothing wrong with that at all, but for bodybuilding that's considered high in my opinion lol.. My current diet is 2000 calories, 200g of protein and carbs, 40g natural fat.. I'm eating as lean as possible and I've been nailing my diet every day.. I read something about if your taking in high carbs that intensity for cardio should be high? Is 200g carbs considered high? Does this sound like a good plan; 20minutes on 6.5 for treadmill for cardio, 5 minutes on 8.5 which is almost full out sprint (but not quite), then 5 minute back on 6.5, then 5 minute cool down on 3? Does that sound good? I THINK that'll be a good plan for cardio but I just wanted to get opinions.. I know cutting body fat isn't something that happens over night but with consistency, time, and my diet I think it'll happen over time for sure. My cardio plan sounds good guys? 3-4 times a week?
