Cardio is Bullshit

I learned from experience that that cardio is good for one thing - taking the fullness look away from you and your muscles. Last year I went from 175 to 195 then when I went to "try" and get cut, I burnt all the muscle I had gained so I wound up the exact same damn size:mad: This year brings me to my first cycle of which I have gone from 171 to 193 and still growing. I know now to take it easy on the cardio and hopefully I will be able to preserve my hard earned muscle through my diet better this time around.

My workouts are more intense since I started incorporating cardio into evry workout. Maybe just 10 minutes or so, but I noticed the ability to increase the intensity of lifting has gone up.

10,000 calories a day? WWWTTTTFFFF?!?!?!?!?!

Is that all butter, or a stack of butter, cream, and candy bars?

I would love to be able to get in 5,000 without gagging on every piece of food I put in my mouth.

?????? Cardio increases oxygen in the muscles, therefore fuller rounder look...
 
Im not an expert by any means. I have heard that it also decreases your muscle glycogen, so it keeps your muscles from being as full?????Or maybe its just the fact that I have skinny ass arms.LOL

You could be right, I'm not being a smart ass but that is happened to me in my experience. I was probably going about it wrong too, but I am not going to do it the same way this time!!

And I also agree that it increases your metab for the rest of the day.

bro..some are genetically gifted, as for the rest...cardio is necsesary. I hate it with my life, but when bulking, its best to do it at least 2wice a week so you dont get too fat. Ive learned that unless your overdossing on fat loss drugs or AS, cardio will 1. Prevent you from getting fatter. 2. Speed up metabolism and give you more energy which helps during weightlifting 3. Burn fat. I know that you think its shit cause your consuming so many calories and burning so little on the machine. Any cardio is better than no cardio. The only way ive' lost fat in the past is with cardio and diet. just make sure your on the Right AS and cardio will only aid in your workouts. i usually do 10 minutes chill, then speed up the next 10-20 minutes so that my ass sweats...i dont count caloires i burned or anything..i know i burned FAT when ive done cardio for more than 20 minutes and im sweating like a pig.

Yeah you may think cardio is BS now but what if you end up in the hospital years down the road with heart problmes, it bet you would have wished you took care of your heart now. My dad just went through a triple bypass at 48yoa and cardio is what saved his life as he really started doing a lot of it within the past couple years. I'll stick to doing cardio staying as healthy as possable thank you
