bro..some are genetically gifted, as for the rest...cardio is necsesary. I hate it with my life, but when bulking, its best to do it at least 2wice a week so you dont get too fat. Ive learned that unless your overdossing on fat loss drugs or AS, cardio will 1. Prevent you from getting fatter. 2. Speed up metabolism and give you more energy which helps during weightlifting 3. Burn fat. I know that you think its shit cause your consuming so many calories and burning so little on the machine. Any cardio is better than no cardio. The only way ive' lost fat in the past is with cardio and diet. just make sure your on the Right AS and cardio will only aid in your workouts. i usually do 10 minutes chill, then speed up the next 10-20 minutes so that my ass sweats...i dont count caloires i burned or anything..i know i burned FAT when ive done cardio for more than 20 minutes and im sweating like a pig.
