Glad you had a great workout. I would like to inject here that the hi gi pre workout protocol is probably best not utilized continuously. It is far better if you have the time to have a good carb source and protein source as a meal pre workout. Give proper digestion times, and train. Will be more consistent with creating insulin sensitivity also.
