I know it sounds stupid but im gna ask anyway.
should i be eating carbs after 6pm if i'm trying to cut. I've been cutting for about 2 weeks now and lost 7lbs, thats by having smaller portions and not eating carbs after 6pm. I.ve deffo lost some b/f and maybe a little muscle aswell
So am i right by not eating carbs after 6 or am i just being an idiot and i should get them down me whenever i can?
