I use the Dan Duchaine IsoCaloric 1/3,1/3,1/3 diet....fat,carbs,protein all equal...calorie wise they are equal not grams, ofocurse because fat has more calories per grams then prot & carb......
Anyway, I like my diet I eat 2300 calories a day 85g of FAT, 195g of Carbs and protein.....
I am 5'10 200 probably 12-13% Bf......I eat a lot of natural peanut butter......I can realy eat anything as long as i count the grams and dont go over........
I am thinking about your diet....Do you know how many calories you take in and also, what are some foods you eat...you said that you dont keep track of fat, but are you eating any fat?????/Thnals for the help and your pic looks great....Great Shoulder and upperbody development...I have the same arms as you....I am considering the SYNTH.....
