Carb Intake ???

Has anyone tried the "animalbolics" diet before? You will find a thread on it on the diet board. It is excellent. You can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time and its not supplement or supplement scam based. Its a lot of meat, whey and flax and postworkout carbs. Its hard for me to follow it all the time with binge drinking+ TAco Bell around 3 nights a week but animalbolics definately works for powerlifters.

It seems that the more carbs I eat...the stronger I feel and the bigger I get.

Hey Spatts I workout at night but more and more I feel like I should be doing weights and cardio in the AM.
But If I workout at night what would be a good amount?
 
Hey Spatts.... I generally finish up at 8:00pm at night eat dinner and bet at 10:00pm soooo If the carb cravings come they are usually anywhere from 1-2 hours after I go to bed.... sooo Im thinking Im not taking in enough carbs.....
 
Im off all shakes they make me very bloated.
I just have a regular meal of Pro/Carbs/Veggies... I know this is not as fast acting as a shake.
Any suggestions? Should I grin and bear it?
