Has anyone tried the "animalbolics" diet before? You will find a thread on it on the diet board. It is excellent. You can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time and its not supplement or supplement scam based. Its a lot of meat, whey and flax and postworkout carbs. Its hard for me to follow it all the time with binge drinking+ TAco Bell around 3 nights a week but animalbolics definately works for powerlifters.
