Why would people post negative things?

Criticism maybe, that is to be expected. Esp considering the issues you have been having - you should welcome criticism. We all need an extra eye or two on our diets - it often is hard to see the forest through the trees.
 
ther ppl know what im talking about.. critcism is fine.. but a whopper combo with poutine and a family size cholcate bar and 2litres of ice cream.. for example.. will not hurt me the same way it might someone else..it's scary.. but true

Everyone is unique and not one diet is good for everyone. I read everyone's diets, but don't necessarliy follow them because I know my body is different and responds differently. I don't think people should criticize you or your diet, your body is amazing and has obviously responded quite well to your diet.

Let's also remember that these logs are for ourselves primarily. I started posting a journal for 2005 to keep myself honest & accountable, track my stuff, keep notes, and post pix for progress comparison. The comments & feedback are even better. But I'm not looking for people to replicate what I"m doing at all.

I just want to live vicariously through your diet. :D If you can eat ice cream and chocolate bars all day, then let me know so I can PRETEND I'm you for a couple of secs.

I look at a chocolate and I gain fat in my ass. :D Let me live the fantasy.
 
This is not meant to be a flame, but let me say what I am thinking..... :)

We all know you have a lot of trouble gaining and maintaining weight. Much of this is due to some medical conditions - treated and untreated.

Due to your genetics and possibly your medical conditions, your metabolism is very fast. Which then allows to you eat foods most people cannot - without fat gain.

This seems great.

But, in reality, I think you might have better luck if you try cleaning up your diet. Fast food, we all know is not healthy. Just because you *can" eat with - without fat gain repercussions, does not mean you should. This goes along with sweets - ice cream, candy, etc.

I know most so-called "bad foods" are calorically dense - which is good if you are trying to gain weight. But they are also very nutritionally void. Your body CANNOT use them effectively. So you may be getting a good amt of calories, but they are not GOOD calories. Calories your body can USE to make it bigger, healthier, stronger.

I seriously think you should look into CLEAN BULKING foods.

Just my 2 cents, for what it is worth.

I have gone over her diet with her...she used that as an example of how fast her mat is...she eats a lot of healty fats and proteins and a moderate amount of carbs
