Ok, i am too lazy to search on this topic, so here it goes. I have been training for 6 months and am doing wonders for myself, but i noticed and my husband had to mention this too, that the front of my thighs are getting real muscular (too muscular) but the rest of my legs aren't gaining any muscle. I still want to do squats to help tone up my butt and the back of my thighs which have shown little improvement in the way of muscle gain no matter what i do, but i know that also builds the front of my thighs...is there a way to even this out and to keep the front of my thighs from bulking anymore but yet still work my butt and back of my thighs???? It almost seems impossible to me, but if there is a way, i'd appreciate the advice.

I do legs once a week on tuesdays...i do one warm up set of squats with low weight, then 3 sets of moderate weight...then i do the leg extentions (i don't know the exact technical name) on the bench for the front and back of my thighs, 3 sets for both sides moderate weight on front and heavy on back...i do lunges every other week and then i do cable pulls for my hips. I do switch things out once and a while so my body doesn't get used to things. Hope that helps

yeah, i do hamstring curls and i do SL deadlifts once and a while, but not as often as i should i guess. I am probably doing my squats wrong b/c i feel em more in my quads than anywhere else. I guess i'll have to work on that. Thanks guys
