I must admit that the whole process of making protein shakes, etc. gets real tiresome at times.
If I took 5 days worth of creatine and threw it into 40 ounces of grape juice and refridgerated it, could I shake and drink 8 ounces of that mixture each day throughout the week? Or does the creatine somehow lose it's value by sitting in the fridge all that time?
