My wife works out through H.I.T. program. We've got ths book by Ellington Darden called -THE NEW HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING- she loves it and works out once or twice a week. We had a baby in Aug and it helped her get back in shape and it allows her to go to school and take care of a baby. She kills herself on workdays to failure on everything, but she loves it
