Is it ok if you get the majority of your calories from weight gainers/mrp's/ protein shakes? I don't have too much of an appetite so I find myself only taking in about 3 regular meals a day but 4-5 protein shakes. Anyone else have this problem? I'm still getting enough calories, I just don't know if they are still considered quality because they come from liquids.

Don't sweat it. It's best to try to get the majority of your calories from 'real' food, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I have the same problem with appetite. There are worse ways to get your calories.

real food is better if possible

This is true: Whenever possible. But if you are like me, it is too hard to actually eat that many meals, and I also don't have the time with work and stuff. So I just bring my cooler to work and make my drinks.

Yeah gainers help me hit my caloric goals big time, by adding some extra ingredients my Nlarge shakes are around 1100cals, 88g protein, 130 carbs... with lots of efa's from the flax.:p
