I have read a lot of post here about dnp and I have hardly seen any of them talk about calorie intake while on dnp. I see alot of "I ate clean" type of post but very few talk about how many calories they were eating. Does anybody keep track? For me anyway I can't get cut by just "eating clean" and doing cardio. I need to keep a very close track on how much I am eating...For anybody that does keep track, what were your results when you compare your normal diet with a diet that includes dnp?
