I was kinda down before I went to bed and got an urge to EAT. I'm so glad I can control that now...

That chest WO killed me though :worried: I'm not even kidding........I am VERY sore right now..........I had my ab WO planned for today (the scissors / bikes) & it hurt too bad to do the bikes. I'm gonna have to do it tomorrow :)

During the w.o., my arms started to shake a little, not to compromise form or technique, just enough for me to know I was concentrating on the TUT and getting that muscle worked.

I cannot wait for a bit more definition, esp. with the tri's popping :)

ahhh Diet Pepsi :drink2:

The creatine I have is EAS HP Creatine Plus (Fruit Punch flavored Powdered drink mix). I have never used or thought of using it before now, most likely because I wasn't well informed about any of its benefits (and didn't have a project like Shadow's to follow).

Today I feel a little bloat but probably from my 'cheat' meal and some pesky little 'aunt' that should be arriving any day now. (I think I have a major ass-kissing session to participate in later :rolleyes: ) As my own worst critic, when it comes time to take pics I always feel bloated lol, but I figure you all would be able to tell from my pics....

:) But nothing really stands out relating directly to the creatine

Yeah he just basically was trying to sell me some NO2 also (Which is like $70 last time I knew) and I said I did not need that. All I needed was some creatine, and protein powder.

It's been out for a few years now. I remember a few guys using it about two years ago or so.. Supposed to help get muscle gains... and they said ,"I can feel the pumps." It's supposed to have all these magic extras like sex drive, clear up your hair and skin, yaddie yadah yah

pssst........get soem arginine...really cheap...and take 3 grams am and 3 pm

you get 60-75% of the benefits of NO and a fraction of the price

Nahhh I just think it's funny every time I go into one of those stores the person selling it to me has less knowledge about what they are selling me then I as the consumer. I'm not saying I even know half about the products and the effects some of them have... but geez... They just say this is some good stuff... So and so tried it and had good results. Well I don't know so and so... or anything about so and so.... SO why do I care? Ya know
