Besides, I called him out in front of everyone. My retort consisted of telling him "That is IMpossible she would be dead, and if not, no woman who has 4% body fat would be having anyone from our gym as a trainer, she would have a personal nurse at home, with an IV in her arm..." I told him he needs to learn how to take body fat correctly and retake his certification classes if he thinks anything he said is correct.

to train with someone means to foloow their workouts...that is the gym meaning....that is all I meant

2 - Drop Glutamine
3 - Back off the weights
4 - Cardio 2x per day

I started this last wed. couldnt get it done, so I just bought my own . I was 26% according to the gym on Nov 23rd 04

Just incase - PT's at the gym tell you it's hugher than it is. Want you to pay for sessions / training etc. All of a sudden your loosing BF............& after spending lots' of $ your magically 18%

If it wasn't one of my friends, who knows I would never pay for a trainer there (EVER) I would agree with you 100% lol. Also the reason I let none of them help me, ever..players

I think 19.9 is correct

[Rant] So my boss just had a kitchen lecture on how carbs are bad; makes sure to mention within my ear shot how crackers (my triscuits) are bad and fattening. If I could only write a novel on the $hit that comes outta this guys mouth I would win the Pulitzer for the currently unknown Bullshit category... Then he proceeds to take a choc covered caramel (210 cals, 30 grams carbs for ONE) and says, "I can have this, since I don't eat carbs...."[/Rant] :finger: :shoot: my boss

LMAO @ Bosses... Mine likes to call my food MUCK .. WTF?? He picks on me non-stop.. all in fun of course. In 5 years I've been here my diet has been basically the same CLEAN. Hes used to it but still finds a way to make a joke here and there about it.. or come sit directly across from me eating a cream filled donut... :rolleyes:
