Hey...Im trying to increase my weight in a clean fashion. Im currently 160 pounds with about 14-15%BF. I have quite a few dishes i can eat that are pretty lean and have all the stats on the food but im wondering what my limits on nutrition intake.

Ive slowly been increasing my calories but seem to just be maintaining my weight due to a fast metabolism, weight training, and other cardio activities. I am about 3,000 calories a day but am not quite sure the other intakes. I am keeping around 200-250g Carbs, 180-225g Protein, and 60-70g Fats. Im really not keeping track of my sugars because i dont know the max my sugars should be at, same with sodium. Can someone tell me if I am injesting too much or too little of something and if so, can you tell me the values they should be around at 3,000 calories?
Also are there any other nutrition facts i really need to monitor?
Thanks for your time!

Bump cals up if you are maintaining..if you are eating clean I wouldn't worry about your sugar/sodium intake (if you are eating clean your sugar intake will be minimal)

Gaining weight is all about calories, gaining muscle is nutrient type but since you are not gaining fat or muscle its your toal calories that is problem bump them by 4-500 /day

I just upped my intake by 700 Cals per day and BOOM!

Simialr stats to me m8. I had the same prob with maintenace cals being around 3000 this was just after cutting on 2000-2200. I upped start of the week to 3700-3900 and have gained a 1lb which was my gain goal for each week.

I used to up 1000 cals, gain 2 lbs and then that's it. WOuld just sit on that weight

my metabolism is whacked.

So then up it a 1000 more. Jay Cutler eats 5 pounds of fish every day according to that video some good bro posted. Insane.

Make sure what you add on are decent cals, no matter how much you up them. Proteins, fiber, good fats. Since u are eating clean, u shouldn't have to worry much about the sugars. But I wouldn't try to up your calories by eating taco bell and snickers
