Bulking equals Pot belly?

NJRipped - just out of curiosity, how tall are you, what's your diet look like (cals, P/F/C ratios), and how much cardio do you do?

If you're a skinny bitch then I want to be a skinny bitch too! I'm 6'1" about 182 lbs. right now but I think if I dropped 2% BF I would be closer to 175 or so and might finally have the abs I've been trying to get for what seems like forever.

I didn't call you fat! I'd have to actually see viewable pics to make that call. It would be easy for you to show me you're not bullshitting me - you could have posted some pics as you claimed you would do. Now, everyone knows you were bullshitting from the start!

BIGDHOI take that as a complement. Ive never been called fat in my life. 4 years ago I weighed 170 (skinny) and now Im 250 @ 9-10 % b.f. Im not scared of being fat in fact Im not going to diet down till my lbm is 275. Its like I said in the beginning said:

Thanks bro. Well you may be fat again but you'd kill yourself if you had my strength. I've never been strong but the low body fat also lessens your strength. On the bright side, there is never a lack of pussy. lol

I'm 5'10" 172. My diet is a 45/45/10 mix with 2300 calories a day. I have eaten the exact same thing everyday for the last couple of years (literally) so I know my exact calorie/protein/carb/fat intake at all times. I work out my full body 1X per week and only do two sets per bodypart (some might say it shows - lol). I do cardio every morning at 6am. It's all about eating right.

Is that 10% carbs??? I currently am doing 50/30/20 P/F/C and it seems to be working pretty well. I do weights 6x a week (lunch M-F, morning on Saturday) and I run 3-4 miles about 4-5x a week after work. I also eat the exact same things at the exact same times M-F because it's so easy to pack for work and stay on my diet during the week. The challenge is on weekends when I'm out with my girl. She's a negative influence on my progress, even though I'm doing it in part for her lol.

As far as my weight goes, I am completely happy with being 170 and I don't think I'm defensive at all. Now when someone chooses to rag on me about it, they will be called out for their own pics.

When we reach the point when no one feels the need to criticize another members physique then I think the board will become a more friendly and helpful place.

We have had this argument before. To me, you are skinny and dont have a lot of mass. However, you are definitely CUT and have a low body fat, something i dont have nor care about. We both know i am not trying to get a six pack, but rather still watching my numbers skyrocket in the gym while not resorting to any supplements to assist my growth.
 
The bitches will try to bring you down with the eating. They always try to use guilt. My response is always its only food - its not a damn activity. And if that doesnt work then I kick then to the curb. lol No, the 10% is fat - I don't buy the whole low carb thing. I would say the thing that may be holding you back is excessive calorie intake - most people don't realize how they add up until they do the calculations. Figure out your exact calorie intake one day during the week and one on the weekend - do it right after each meal.

I see you still want to take shots at me. I thought our argument was done when you bitched out about posting your pics but I guess I was wrong. As I recall, you are 5'10" 250lbs (it could have been one of the other bitches who criticized me but I think those are your stats). Lets face it you're fat! Don't even tell me you don't use any supplements to assist your growth at 250lbs! I'm sure if I looked deeply into your background I would find records of your multi-day visits to Burger King & McDonalds for Whoppers and Big Macs. lol Most scales max out at 280lbs but I hear the gals at NAAFA go to the cattle ranch for their weigh-in - so there are other options open for you later. ;)

What part of giving you your props (your 6 pack and single digit body fat) dont you understand. I told you once again that those numbers are great, but that we have completely different goals and genetics.

And no, i havent ever had multi-day trips to McDonalds or such. LMAO!

And no, i am not exactly a fat ass as you say. For christ sakes i have some numbers in the gym that match some of the strongest guys on this site. Rep 405 on bench, actually 5x5 at 405 a couple of weeks ago, and nearly a 50" chest, 18.5" arms (not fat either), 38" waist, sorry i am not as thin as you are so are numbers wont exactly match.
 
women trying to guilt-trip you into eating shit is bad but my ex used to actually blame me for her ass getting fat, like if I'd eaten half the pizza she ordered instead of just a slice then things would have made a difference. You can't win, lol
